Wood: an environmental Good

Woods and forests ensure the soil’s consistency and protect it against the action of torrential rains, landslides and avalanches; they filter groundwater and superficial water thus balancing the water heritage; they contribute to the soil remediation thus realizing an accurate territorial policy; and last but not least, as for the precious raw material they produce, they undoubtedly represent a source of wealth for the timber industry that increases employment and creates jobs.
In the last years a particular attention to the environment is coming out and the wood is considered a public good, like air and water. The scheduled reforestation, the creation of stratified forests systematically renewed, allow us to state with certainty that timber is an inexhaustible raw material that has the fastest regeneration cycle. Eco-sustainability is the hardest challenge faced by man.
Using timber in the constructions, contributing to a cleaner world and to a healthier lifestyle, Canducci welcomes who really wants to take part in this bold enterprise.
